Supply Chain Intern

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Intern to join our Supply Chain Italy team as a versatile resource supporting both Customer Service, Planning and Procurement teams.
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will act as a key support figure across multiple areas within the Supply Chain organization, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, planning, and procurement.

Your contribution will help ensure smooth operations and data accuracy while collaborating with different teams to improve supply chain efficiency by reviewing our current processes, activities, and network.

Key responsibilities:

• Main achievement: To support in the continuous improvement of the planning area spend through the management and delivery of projects and tasks as directed by your manager.
  • Assisting the Planning team with demand forecasts, data collection, and analysis to support accurate production planning
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment of customer orders, stock levels, and demand plans
  • Learning and applying supply chain tools and IT systems to support workflow and reporting needs
  • Supporting the Customer Service & Master Data team in managing reporting, order processing and sales deliveries
  • You will work closely with these teams and other internal stakeholders, gaining broad exposure within the supply chain function
• Deliverables: Understand, analyze, and verify current processes and propose new ways of working
• Goal: To lead assigned projects and tasks through to completion and implementation with the engagement of all stakeholders
• Team structure: you will be a member of the Quattordio Supply Chain dept. working closer with other dept. on site or abroad.

This internship reports to the Supply Chain Manager

How You Look Like:

• Education: Final year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
• Strong analytical skills and good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access;
• Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English;
• A proactive learner eager to gain hands-on experience and develop supply chain skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams;
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a positive and flexible mindset;
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently while being a supportive team player
