On this apprenticeship, you’ll grow through on-the-job training, a highly competitive study support package and access to extensive in-house training resources. You’ll be supported by your line manager, a buddy and a coach from our government-approved training provider, who will guide your academic and professional development.
Successfully complete the apprenticeship and you’ll have the opportunity to either grow in your current role or progress within the Insurance Consulting team on our Level 7 Apprenticeship scheme.
