We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, strategy development, and project execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to operations, business development, and process improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Support project planning and execution under the supervision of senior management.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment , High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
