Are you someone who knows they like Marketing, but are not quite sure which direction they want to take their career?

We are looking for a highly adaptable and driven Marketing Operations Intern to join our fast-paced B2B SaaS team.

This is not a traditional 'coffee-run' internship, GeoComply interns have the opportunity to get their hands dirty, working on real projects across all aspects of the Marketing Engine. From data management, project administration, lead generation, events, copy and creation, to automated process design, our team does it all, and you will too!

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support and Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks, adapting easily to new challenges and supporting the Marketing team as required.
  • Content Creation: Support stakeholders across the business in the creation of engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, and email marketing, tailoring the messages to our target audience.
  • Digital Asset Enablement: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, contributing ideas, and monitoring performance while gatekeeping our digital asset library, ensuring all internal teams have access to the final, brand-compliant versions they need.
  • Execute Campaign Logistics: Provide hands-on support for global events, webinars, and tradeshows. This means coordinating logistics, managing collateral inventory, and ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up.
  • Social Media Engagement: Contribute to managing and growing our social media presence, primarily LinkedIn, by creating compelling content and engaging with our community, and helping to manage and plan the Content Calendar.
  • Impact Audit: Part of your role will be auditing and proposing a solution for our current cross-departmental marketing request and asset management workflow. This includes mapping bottlenecks and streamlining intake
  • Embrace Stretch Opportunities (The Fun Part!): As a GeoComply intern, expect to be pushed. You’ll occasionally be given special, high-value projects outside the immediate scope of your role, a chance to explore new roles, test your limits, and adapt to new challenges across the business.

Who You Are

  • Education or Accreditation in Marketing. A degree, minor, or certifications in marketing or relevant fields are a plus, but not a requirement. Demonstrated interest in marketing through personal projects holds equal value to us than a specific degree!
  • Adaptable: You are eager to learn and ready to jump into "anything and everything,” demonstrating a robust aptitude for continuous growth and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Growth Mindset: You actively seek mentorship, feedback, and are defined by your eagerness to master new tools and pivot when the business calls for it.
  • Embrace Automation: You proactively identify opportunities to automate manual administrative tasks and can demonstrate the ability to pivot between planned project work and critical, high-priority support tasks.
  • Trend Monitoring: You like to stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team, contributing to innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficient: No hard skills needed, we can train you in any of our tools! The ability to quickly get up to speed with a new process or tool will be a bigger asset than experience in a specific program.

What’s in it for you?

  • Executive Mentorship: This role will receive dedicated, high-touch guidance from Senior Marketing Leaders, gaining exposure to leadership in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Training and Skill Development: You will acquire practical training in specialized skill sets across all aspects of an enterprise-level MarTech stack.
  • Career Exploration: This role will give you exposure to all aspects of marketing, great for someone who is interested in breadth over depth professionally.
