The Opportunity  

TC Energy is seeking to add an Engineering summer intern in Île-des-Chênes, MB to support our field operations in delivering natural gas to millions of North Americans every day.

We are seeking students enrolled in Engineering or related undergraduate degree programs.

We engage our students in the very core of our operations. As a valued member of the team, you’ll do exciting, challenging work, solve real world problems, and make a meaningful impact. You’ll learn about the business and build your professional network by working closely with other skilled people at TC Energy. Every day will enhance your knowledge, skills and passion for what you do.

Term length is 4 months.

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in Engineering Diploma or related undergraduate degree program with at least one semester of education completed
• Enrollment at an accredited College, and returning to school for at least one semester following your work term
• Demonstrate a safety mindset, in a professional and personal setting
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract for review
• Successfully complete a pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing
• Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings, or training which would involve some overnight stays away from home
