Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts between 10-12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

Global Data Operations is looking for talented and motivated students for Summer 2026 internships. Selected individuals will support strategic and operational projects related to process, medical coding, technologies and data analysis in clinical data management. Working alongside experienced members of the team, the successful candidate will assist with special projects, analyze and evaluate processes, and propose innovative resolutions.

Education Minimum Requirement: 

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program in nursing, pharmacy, health sciences or other related scientific discipline or advanced data analytics.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Candidates must be able to work full-time for 10-12 weeks beginning in May or June of 2026.

  • Candidates must have strong document management and organizational skills.

  • Candidates must have initiative, leadership, and ownership of deliverables.

  • Candidates must be a self-starter, fast learner and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Candidates must have the ability to manage and independently drive projects to completion.

  • Candidates must have proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have completed college level science course work in biology, chemistry, anatomy/physiology, statistics, data analytics and/or pharmacology.

  • Candidates should have strong project management skills and should be able to work through complex challenges.

  • Candidates should have familiarity with medical terminology.

Salary range:

The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
