Procurement and Purchasing Intern

We are seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Intern to support strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

· Support the Procurement and Purchasing team on key transformation initiatives.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tools to enhance supply chain performance.

· Assist in reviewing and optimizing strategic sourcing processes.

· Observe and support commercial contract negotiations and evaluations.

· Compile and analyze the costs of certain expenditure areas

· The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, law, or a related field.

· Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

· Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
