PROGRAMMER INTERN
What You'll Do
You will be onboarded on the FN1 Game Foundation team where your role will bring you to discover the different technologies used to build live Fortnite games. You will be trained to help at improving our automated functional testing suites in C++ and Verse for NPC in Fortnite. You will be asked to potentially debug the issues it finds, propose, and implement fixes.
In this role, you will
- Implements functional tests for NPC (navigation, shooting, etc) in Unreal Editor
- Suggest new functional tests that could be implemented
- Debug, Propose and Implement issue the tests might find
- Participate in team stand-ups
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of C++, algorithmics and data structures
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of source control software (Perforce, GitHub, etc)
- Experience with games mechanic like Fortnite
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus
This internship has a flexible start date in 2026. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match.
