About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Demand Generation Intern based in Bangalore for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on event management experience (especially in-person events) and strong market research skills. The intern will work closely with the Demand Generation & Growth team to support lead generation initiatives, event execution, and vendor management.

Requirements

Must be based in Bangalore
Prior experience in organising/leading in-person events (college fests, cultural fests, or similar)
Strong ability to conduct deep market research
Street-smart with good vendor connections and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and execution abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership

Responsibilities

Plan and execute in-person demand generation activities in Bangalore
Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and branding avenues
Coordinate with vendors for event setups, logistics, and promotional activities
Assist in lead-generation campaigns and manage event follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation & Growth team on daily initiatives
