What You'll Do
At BCG Platinion, our Risk Management teams lead organizations in regulatory and compliance best practices and financial and model risk management. Our risk consultants are experts in financial products, data, and regulatory topics. In this role you will enable dynamic decision-making and scenario optimization for clients by developing top-tier risk management compliance programs, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance, and implementing risk management models and tools.
Risk Management Consultant Interns at BCG Platinion are:

You’re Good At:
Supporting the development of key risk management and technology topics
Interfacing with and providing advice to senior leaders of top-tier organizations
Providing subject matter expertise and recommending improvements to processes and application
Analyzing regulatory requirements and recommending implementation strategies
What You'll Bring
You’ll Bring:
Enrollment in an Undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD in Finance, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative field; graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
Internships in Banking, Consulting, or Regulatory environments
Knowledge of risk and compliance regulations
An understanding of financial products
Ability to manage client relationships
Analytical and structured thinking
Excellent communication skills
A highly professional and rigorous mindset
A results-oriented, team-player attitude
Willingness to travel during the internship, if needed

If you receive a full-time offer, you can request a different office location outside of these summer hubs; the expected office(s) for a Platinion IT Consultant, Risk Management, full-time offer include New York City.

The first year base compensation for this role is between $110,000 - $120,000 USD.
