Intern, B2B Lending Data & Analytics Internship

Dates: June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026

Work Location: Madison, WI | Hybrid

Emerging Professional Program

Open to students graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.  This program provides comprehensive support and guidance to enhance company knowledge, integrate into the company culture, and develop key connections, all in an effort to align graduating students with potential career opportunities.


Job Purpose:
This position is designed to provide hands-on experience to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards of the organization, allowing an opportunity for individuals to apply what they have learned in a classroom environment while gaining new skills in a dynamic professional setting.  Specific activities will vary by department.

  • Support our lending sales area by working with our data and analytics team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Assist in transforming data into actionable insights for business decision-making for sales and potentially as a self-service option for our partners
  • Help maintain the integrity and security of data systems and databases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with collecting large datasets from various sources and perform initial analysis to identify trends or patterns.
  • Help create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visually represent data insights.
    Support in managing and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with team members to understand data needs and provide analytical support for project work.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data procedures and analysis results to ensure transparency and repeatability.
  • Use data management tools and technologies in daily tasks to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • Working towards a relevant degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn

Preferred Experience:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience with statistical analysis preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Base Salary Range:

$18.00 - $28.00
