The Opportunity

Join our Employer Brand team in North America and help shape how we attract and engage top talent. You’ll work closely with specialists to bring our employee advocacy and university relations strategies to life, focusing on Canada and Mexico. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, social media, and event coordination, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Internship duration: 4 months, with possibility of extension at part-time hours

Start date: Monday, May 4th, 2026

Work schedule: Full-time

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner with the Employer Brand and University Relations Specialist to activate the NAM Employee advocacy and campus strategies.

  • Support planning and execution of the Campus Ambassador Program.

  • Create and distribute engaging content for social media and internal channels.

  • Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns to attract early career talent.

  • Represent the team at events supporting university relations and recruitment.

  • Maintain clear communication across the Employer Brand team.

  • Contribute to additional employer brand and marketing projects as needed.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Returning to studies in the fall.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Experience in copywriting, social media, and project coordination.

  • Fluent in English and French; Spanish is an asset.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work in Canada.
