Location:  Monza site is an outstanding pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and development facility, specialized in injectable drugs, with a growing focus on biologics. Position Overview: The Intern - Technology Transfer will assist in the introduction of new pharmaceutical products in commercial manufacturing. Under close supervision, the intern will focus on supporting dedicated project streams and ensuring project requirements are documented and risks managed effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in ensuring that client’s project requirements are accurately received and processed by internal functions. - Support the definition and supervision of project scope, timing, progress, and risks. - Help manage Tech Transfer interdisciplinary groups, ensuring effective task assignment and coordination. - Support in the coordination of project start, progress tracking, and completion by staying in regular communication with team members to address and solve issues. - Contribute to changes and improvements strategy for assigned projects, focusing on adherence to timelines, cGMP and company procedures. - Support team's capability development, including materials management. Required Skills: - Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or a related field. - Understanding technical issues and requirements for new product introduction. - Knowledge of aseptic product manufacture is preferred. - Planning and organizing skills, including risk management and technical writing skills. - Interpersonal skills to build and handle relationships with clients and team members. - Ability to support and assist cross-functional teams. - Good communication skills, both written and oral.
