Talent Acquisition Intern

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
• Recruitment Marketing: Support campaigns to attract talent, including employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives
• Project Support: Contribute to projects such as SOP creation, interviewer training, and talent pool development
• Systems Exposure: Gain experience using platforms such as Monday.com and Darwinbox through pilot projects
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in recruitment and HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR or project management tools a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
