Job Description
The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Business Enablement is a part of the Head Quarters Operations (HQ Ops) division within Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO), and we are seeking applicants for our intern position.
The internship program would help the individual to utilize their skillset, increase their professional productivity and provide them with a chance to see Our Company is the right company for their long-term goals.
An ideal candidate for this position will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, efficient time management expertise, an ability to work in a team and handle conflicts efficiently.
The intern will engage with the Business Enablement organization and their associated project teams throughout participation in activities with Business Enablement Team Members.
Activities may include (but are not limited to):
Assist organizational efforts to simplify and standardize global processes
Develop tools to enhance conduct of Business Enablement’s day-to-day activities
Generate process maps and process workflows
Develop effective communications to support projects and activities
Identify areas for process improvement, implement a solution, and measure effectiveness of the implementation plan
Required Education
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in computer science, continuous improvement, or science related discipline.
Required Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite (Including MS Teams. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DB Access, MS Project)
Knowledge of web development and/or SharePoint preferred (but not mandatory)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Efficient time management expertise
Ability to work in a diverse team of professionals

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
