Job Description

Visa’s Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-week journey where you’ll work on impactful projects that drive Visa’s mission forward. As a Visa intern, you’ll build valuable connections across the organization, sharpen your communication and business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.

The Corporate Strategy teams tackle some of Visa’s toughest questions to chart our long-term strategy. Our Corporate Strategy group is composed of six distinct teams: a Global Strategy team - driving strategy work across Visa's businesses, geographies, and functions, and five regional teams - driving strategy work in each of Visa's five geographic regions.

As an MBA intern on the Corporate Strategy team, you’ll gain exposure to the strategic and operational topics shaping the future of payments and commerce.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to key workstreams that support Visa’s corporate strategy initiatives.
  • Help structure and analyze business problems by collaborating with internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Develop fact-based, quantitative insights to inform recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and communicating findings to the Corporate Strategy team and broader audiences.
  • Participate in strategy and payments-focused learning sessions to deepen your industry knowledge.

This internship is designed to give you meaningful experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities that can serve as a foundation for a future career at Visa.
