Who you are:

As a Frost Summer Intern, you’ll get the opportunity to be partnered with one department and have the chance to contribute directly to its success, while working closely with mentors and team members. By building relationships and tackling numerous projects, you’ll gain various skills and connections to add to your resume. Students are assigned to departments based on their interests. Opportunities include, but are not limited to: Commercial Banking, Investment Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, Internal Audit, Marketing, Treasury Management, Human Resources, and Bank Compliance.

What you’ll do:

  • Attend a weekly Frost Lecture Series that gives interns the opportunity to engage with leaders from various lines of business across the bank and gain exposure to several aspects of our financial institution
  • Gain experience with a corporation that provides a full range of services in banking, investments and insurance to acquire a deeper understanding of the financial industry
  • Perform meaningful work to get valuable experience and further Frost as an organization
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or an MBA
  • Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
  • Available to work June 1st through July 24th, 2026, 40 hours per week
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 confirmed by transcript
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
