The Opportunity
Our DHH India Internship Program offers Cooperative (Co-op) education opportunities lasting up to 6 months. The program allows students to work on one or more projects within our Digital Human Health team. These opportunities are designed to facilitate the transition from academia to industry for soon-to-be graduates and will involve participation and contribution in real projects. This is also a way for you to identify if our company may be the right company for your long-term career goals.
Program Details
Duration: Typically, 3–6 months.
Work: One or more projects focused on advanced data analytics, AI/ML, Data management, Product building- dashboard, software application, Gen-AI Workfront, business engagement support, commercial assessment, competitive landscape and forecasting within our Digital Human Health team.
Experience: Practical, hands-on exposure to industry workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and the transition from academia to a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support project workstreams by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to commercial objectives.
Assist with preparing clear, concise materials (presentations, summaries, dashboards) that communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Contribute to problem-solving discussions and help identify actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Maintain documentation and ensure work meets quality, accuracy, and timeline expectations.
Required Education and Skills
Candidates must be currently enrolled in bachelor’s / master’s / PhD degree program in a Quantitative discipline such as: Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computational Biology, Engineering, Management or other relevant discipline. Expected to graduate within the next 1–2 years.
Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for problem solving and strategic thinking.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to balance methodological rigor with project timelines and deliverables.
Capability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Having a passion for applying technology to enable healthcare, are able to work on a team as well as independently, and enjoy learning new technologies
