This role is hybrid and requires in-office work at the North Vancouver office.

Salary Range: 44700 to 55100 (Currency: CAD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Department: Regional Merchandising 
Reports to: Senior Vice President, Regional Merchandising 
Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office. 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid and our North Vancouver, BC office 
Pay Range:$44,700 - $55,100; will be dependent on year of study and related experience.
Duration: Eight (8) months, January 5, 2026 – August 14, 2026 
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F 
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Regional Merchandising Co-Op Student, you support in the day-to-day activities that drive the Regional Merchandising business forward. Your time will be split between supporting teams primarily in North America, as well as teams inGreater China and the APAC and EMEA regions. This role will attend cross-functional meetings and support on a variety of time zones. 

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. This role will fluctuate across hours that support a variety of time zones across Canada,Greater China, EMEA and APAC regions. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.  
In this role, you can expect to learn and/or use the following technologies: Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Regional Merchandising team is responsible for delivering regional, seasonal product assortments that support the overall global product direction and regional business achievement. In partnership with the Product Line Management (PLM), Merchandise Planning & Allocations, and Go-to-Market teams, Merchants drive company sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals, in both our wholesale and vertical channels. This team translates market and consumer insights into actionable product strategies, ensuring both global consistency and regional relevance

If you were a Regional Merchandising Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Supporting the Senior Vice President with daily administrative duties; attending meetings, note taking, providing follow-up support and communicating cross functionally
  • Contributing to enterprise level project coordination/communications
  • Supporting on product purchases for regional markets
  • Supporting on product and pricing positioning across regional markets
  • Supporting on gathering global data to articulate focused, regional market and consumer trends
  • Visiting local markets to perform store visits to generate insights

Are you our next Regional Merchandising, Co-Op Student?

  • You are in your final year of school in a Retail Marketing, Business, or Analytics program, or you have experience working within AI, Retail or Marketing environments  
  • You are keen to work in a Regional Merchandising environment  
  • You are comfortable navigating PLM systems and the Microsoft Suite, with strong Excel skills 
  • You are a strong communicator, able to translate data into storytelling insights 
  • You are responsive and enjoy working within a high-paced and hyper-growth environment 
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, both internally and externally  
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally 
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines 
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions 
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity 
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
