Job Description
The Customer Planning Co-op will be responsible for providing analytical support to the customer and sales teams. This role will analyze sales data, manage demand forecasts, and help execute business strategies to optimize customer outcomes and business performance. The Co-op will work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales planning, and strategic analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Technical proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and working with different teams.
- Problem-solving: A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Collaboration: The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional, fast-paced environment
