Plant 32 in Lethbridge, Alberta is an aircraft engine manufacturer with approx. 140 employees. The assembly line runs 24 hours/day and other staff support on a Monday to Friday shift. The work can be dynamic and fast moving as assembly requires Technical, Quality, Logistical, and Process support to ensure a dependable and quality product for the customer.

Internship dates: January 6 to April 24, 2026.

Our expectations:

We’re seeking a motivated intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across multiple departments. This role offers exposure to a variety of business-focused projects, including strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. I deal candidates are curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Working under a department lead you will plan and execute small projects individually or in a group setting.
Interns will actively contribute to project management initiatives – tracking milestones, coordinating resources, and supporting execution from start to finish.
Completing tasks as given by department managers.

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

Be eligible to work in Canada.
Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
Pursuing a degree in Business or related field Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset but not required.

Assets:

Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
Project management skills.
Ability to work independently or in small groups.
