What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience keeping high-tech manufacturing equipment running at its best. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

  • Performing preventive maintenance on machinery.

  • Learning to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

  • Supporting the maintenance team with tools and shop equipment.

  • Partnering with operators and engineers to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Junior standing (Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field) at a 4-year college, GPA 3.0+.

  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on problem solving.

  • Familiarity with power tools and basic shop practices.

  • Team player with strong communication skills.
