As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to our team throughout the summer. The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude and thrive in a team environment, while also being capable of tackling tasks independently. What You’ll Do:
Please note that interns are selected for one practice area only.
First-year students are only eligible for Program Operations and Delivery. All other practice areas require Sophomore status and above.
On the application, you will be prompted to select your top 2 areas of interest from the following practice areas:
RXA/Data Solutions: Support the design and implementation of client solutions leveraging Snowflake, SAS, and Python. In this role, you’ll assist with data ingestion, modeling, and reporting while gaining exposure to real-world projects across automotive, lending, medical, and energy sectors. You’ll contribute to automation initiatives that streamline data collection and validation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you’ll help maintain and improve client dashboards in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Domo, building valuable hands-on skills in modern analytics and reporting systems.
Strategy: Support client-facing engagements through research, analysis, and the development of impactful presentations. Interns will work closely with senior strategists in a collaborative, team-based environment, gaining guidance and mentorship throughout the summer. This role also includes access to professional development opportunities such as Udemy courses and structured strategy training paths.
Digital: Gain hands-on exposure to user-centered design in a collaborative, team-based environment. In this role, you’ll assist with usability assessments, information architecture reviews, and the planning and design of digital experiences for websites and applications. You’ll contribute to creating use cases, flow diagrams, wireframes, and taxonomies while developing your technical and analytical skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Program Operations & Delivery: Support Client Operations – Program Support by managing daily claims processing, call handling, email administration, and incentive/loyalty payment facilitation. This team ensures high-quality delivery on client commitments while working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment that values strong communication and collaboration. Reporting to Supervisors or Managers, Program Administrators gain direct exposure to the marketing and customer service industry, providing opportunities to build valuable business and professional skills.
EPMO (Enterprise Program Management Office): EPMO Project Management Interns support enterprise-level initiatives by assisting with project planning, tracking, and reporting under the guidance of experienced project managers. They gain hands-on experience with project management tools, methodologies, and governance processes while contributing to real-time project execution. Their role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, and helping ensure projects align with organizational goals and timelines.
Finance: Support revenue, pricing, and data governance initiatives within our client operations. In this role, you’ll work with sensitive financial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards. You’ll contribute to revenue and pricing process improvements using business intelligence tools, while also assisting with project margin analysis to evaluate profitability and uncover cost optimization opportunities. This position is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field who is eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges.
Development and Solutions: Gain hands-on experience building modern web applications and cloud-native solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior developers and architects on real-world projects, from backend API development to responsive front-end interfaces and intelligent automation. You’ll participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and team projects while learning best practices in full-stack development, AI/ML, and test automation. This internship is ideal for students with basic programming knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning in a mentorship-driven environment.
Data Engineer: Gain hands-on experience working with modern data platforms, pipelines, and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate with senior data engineers to support data ingestion, transformation, and analytics initiatives. If you also have front-end development skills, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building lightweight dashboards and tools to visualize data.
Human Resources/Admin: Provide day-to-day support to the team through tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document management. This role will assist with coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations. The intern will also gain hands-on experience in business administration while contributing to special projects and process improvements.
What You’ll Need:
Must currently be enrolled in a 4-year BA/BS program or master’s program, in any major, at a university in the United States.
Must have completed Sophomore class status or above
Have authorization to work in the United States.
Be able to complete a 10-week program beginning in June 2026.
Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in our Detroit office
