Content and Communication Internship

Job Description

The Content and Communication Intern will support the work of the Content team and interact with various stakeholders outside and within the company. You will help to create concise, compelling, and engaging content that clearly communicates the intended message and is delivered in a manner that is accessible to our teams and customers. 

The Content Intern will also be at the forefront of enabling engaging and informative factory tour experiences of Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. Beyond that, you will support the Content team in raising awareness for Tesla across Germany by using media (social and traditional) to engage with customers, prospects, fans and other stakeholders.

A highly motivated individual will support the Content team in all content and communications related tasks as well as in on-going co-operation with other departments. This full-time role requires the flexibility of being able to attend events and function out-of-hours when the opportunity arises. The opportunity offers the chance to gain content creation and communication experience within a young, fast-growing and high-profile company.

Duration: 6 months

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the Content team with all communications tasks. Maintain internal contacts with all relevant stakeholders
• Helping to create presentations and digital assets
• Gaining in-depth understanding of the media landscape by monitoring media coverage
• Producing coverage reports
• Assisting with production of press information and media lists as well as assisting in preparations of events, liaising with suppliers
• Assisting requests for photography directly with media
• Evaluating requests for event attendance and speaker opportunities
• Support Content staff at media events

Job Requirements

• Native level written and spoken German as well as excellent English and Polish language skills
• Undertaking a BA or MA Degree in PR, Communications, Media, Journalism, or equivalent
• Previous work or internship experience in a similar role
• Must have an in-depth understanding of editing software and Microsoft office suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline orientated
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment 
• Valid driving license with a safe driving record
