Data and Change Apprenticeship 2025 (Zurich Municipal)
Location: London, Farnborough, Fareham or Chichester
Salary: £23,387 plus £3,200 London allowance
Qualification: Data-Driven Professional Programme Level 3 with Corndel.
Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Opportunity
This apprenticeship will give you a key role in delivering our digital and data strategy and will teach you the basics of insurance, in a leading international company. You’ll have the chance to learn three key areas: Continuous Improvement, Automation, and Data while working in an agile and supportive team. We’ll be there for you as you begin to own projects and deliver independently and will also give you plenty of time to study alongside your permanent role.
What can I look forward to?
You’ll have lots of opportunity to be involved in projects within the company, helping you to communicate with stakeholders and provide value for the business. You'll be surrounded by a team with a wide range of experience who are available to develop your skills and support you throughout the apprenticeship.
Alongside work, you’ll complete a Data Professional Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will take 14 months and will include an End Point Assessment. During this course, you’ll gain a lot of knowledge of the world of data, whilst also developing crucial skills in this field to help you be effective in your day-to-day role. The programme also has a lot of focus on the use of different tools which are essential for any data tasks.
Once the Apprenticeship is completed, you’ll receive a Level 3 qualification as a Data Technician, the equivalent to 2 A Levels.

What you’ll need:

Full right to work and reside in the UK – Due to apprenticeship funding rules, You must have been ordinarily resident in the UK for the last three years and have the right to work in the UK. We cannot accept applications from those who require sponsorship to work in the UK

A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English.
