Overview:
We’re looking for an organized, curious, and proactive Marketing Transformation Co-op to support our mission to modernize how marketing operates, scales, and collaborates. You’ll work closely with our Program Manager to help drive operational excellence across campaigns, creative resourcing, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure but thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments, someone eager to learn how large-scale marketing transformation happens in practice.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support cross-functional programs across lifecycle marketing, webinars, and demand generation by maintaining project documentation, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Assist with resourcing and intake processes, helping manage Wrike requests and track creative assignments across internal and external teams.
- Contribute to process optimization by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting new frameworks or tools to improve team efficiency.
- Help implement the Talent-as-a-Service model, coordinating with freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Participate in marketing operations projects, partnering with the Program Manager on training materials, workshops, and communications to drive adoption of new workflows.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives, helping organize all-hands, recognition programs, and internal communications tied to marketing transformation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in marketing operations, project management, or digital transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace; experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning how creative, demand gen, and operations teams collaborate in a B2B environment.
