NO PRIOR EMT OR HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

This will be a paid hybrid training course consisting of a mixture of on the job training, along with in-classroom education at Delaware County Community College campus in Media, PA.

If selected for the program, you would fully transfer from your current Main Line Health position to an EMT Apprentice position. You will take part in a 16 week Apprenticeship program. Your Apprenticeship will consist of in classroom education and hands on the job training in your assigned department.

Expectations\:

52 week apprenticeship program.
First 16 weeks, Hours are Mon - Friday Day Shift
Weeks 16 - 52, 12 hour night and day shift rotation. 3 days a week
Every other weekend requirement
Travel is required

Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Licensures/Certifications\:

1. Current driver's license valid in Pennsylvania with a copy on file.

Salary\: $19/hr.
