Remote Work: Hybrid
Printer HW Lifecycle Management:
- Takes over HW product management responsibility from 6 months of launch to end of life of the device.
- Manages HW pricing within each region and how it aligns with competitive product sets.
- Consistently involved with HW product/quality issues and ensuring any broader product issues are handled with care in terms of customer communications and helping manage any mitigation tactics to lessen impacts to end customers.
- Involved with monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting efforts on each product line (mobile, desktop, tabletop/industrial printers), which helps with Demand/Supply chain planning and quarterly build plans.
The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
Responsibilities:
- Benchmarking Product sets against competitors
- Build and drive plan to take advantage of competitive advantages
- Think of end user pain points and the decision-making groups within enterprises on purchasing decisions to help ease pain points
- Help devise a plan, with supporting data and tactical approaches, to help drive re-occurring purchases with run-rate business and/or the ability to afford product purchases (i.e. various payment options if applicable)
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business Discipline - Management, Analytics (i.e. Finance), Marketing
- Must have an anticipated graduation date in 2028
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment
- Open to work/attend occasional work meetings which are outside of business hours due to the location of team members (i.e. West coast of US, EMEA or APAC)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Interest in a business discipline such as Marketing, Management, or Finance
- Interest in AI tools and technologies
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 22.00 - USD 32.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
