HR Intern

Job Description

As part of a multi-divisional shared service HR team, support the wider team with day to day operational activities

• Work closely with our HRS Services team in Budapest, raising tickets / requests and ensuring on time delivery
• Manage the absence management process, ensuring the process is communicated appropriately to our leadership team, systems are up to date and relevant information is stored on e-file
• Co-ordinate our long service process, including correspondence to associates
• Organise our Company induction and be involved in some content delivery
• Support with the annual trainee recruitment process from an administration perspective
• Ensure business relevant content on our Bosch intranet is up to date and relevant
• Submit relevant monthly submissions to our Global Services Payroll team

Qualifications

You should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Ideally HR focused degree, however Business Management and Psychology also relevant.;

• Strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal/communication skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
