📍 This role is based in Cork and requires regular office presence.
🗓️ The internship will run from January 2026 to August 2026.
The Role:
Join a cross-functional team designing and developing consumer electronic experiences, such as the Logitech G pro-wireless gaming mouse. You will be an integral member of a global group that defines and develops new consumer devices from concept through production. This position offers a great opportunity to learn about design thinking and user-centered design in a fast-paced environment.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop user-centric products.
Develop concepts, prototype, test, learn, and iterate.
Model concepts in CAD (Creo).
Use rapid prototyping equipment to bring concepts into the physical world (3D printing, CNC, laser cutting) and produce functional prototypes.
Test and evaluate prototypes using our fully equipped test lab.
Conduct user tests on functional prototypes.
Analyze data generated from lab testing.
Contribute to innovation in technology and products.
Drive to learn and deliver results.
Have fun and work well as part of our team.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Strong physical prototyping skills.
Basic 3D modeling skills in Creo or similar 3D CAD package.
Knowledge of materials (plastics and metals).
Highly skilled in problem-solving.
‘Design Thinking’ mindset.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling, and rendering tools such as KeyShot or Blender.
Passion for sustainability and dedication to designing products that positively impact the environment.
Creative problem-solving abilities, including exploring and prototyping alternative, sustainable material solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating concepts effectively.
A proactive learner who stays updated on product design.
Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and external partners, demonstrating strong teamwork.
