The Team:

In this role, you will be supporting the Sailfin AR Apps team. As such, you will be part of the Business Apps organization for Accounts Receivable (AR), the central team to define strategy, messaging, use cases for Operational Finance at Celonis - creating alignment across key parts of the organization, including Product and Engineering, Product Marketing, Value Engineering and Sales.

It is a young team of product enthusiasts that focuses on developing best-in class applications in the domain of AR. Our Business Apps are purpose-built solutions created for a specific line of business, addressing most impactful pain points. The apps are best practice examples of how Celonis is used in new, innovative ways that push the boundaries of our platform. The team has a great balance of technical skills to build solutions, paired with a customer focus and product management mindset to create meaningful products widely adopted across our customer base. We are globally split across the USA, Germany, Spain, and India.

The Role:You will play a central role in our newly launched Sailfin Premium App Sales Program, which should make our apps widely adopted across our customer base. This will include direct customer engagement and revenue impact, while including feedback back into the product roadmap. Furthermore, you will be hands-on involved in the development of a new exciting application we are building to complete our operational AR offering - powered by Process Intellligence. Both activities allow you to work directly with account teams, customers, as well as Product and Engineering.

The work you’ll do:

Become the go-to product expert who positions and advocates for our apps, externally and internally
Support our sales teams in front of customer executives
Shape the product requirements for existing and new operational Accounts Receivable apps
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the field
Contribute and own presentations and reports on product progress and analytics
Support the creation of product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specification

The qualifications you need:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with an operational finance function, Accounts Receivable preferred
Prior experience with product management, solution engineering preferred
Experience in (product) marketing, messaging and positioning is a plus
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a global team environment
Excited about driving clarity in the face of ambiguity and working in a dynamic environment that comes with being part of a fast-growing, innovative company
