Your Impact
As a Merchandising Ops – Pro Selling Intern, you’ll support the strategic work that enhances the product experience for our Pro customers—contractors, remodelers, property managers, and other business professionals. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising operations and the Pro customer experience, enabling you to contribute to initiatives that improve product setup, pricing accuracy, inventory visibility, and operational readiness for high-volume Pro sales.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps, optimize tools and reporting, and help ensure the right products are available when and where Pros need them.

What You Will Learn
How merchandising operations support item readiness, pricing, and availability for Pro customers.
Key differences in selling strategies for Pro vs. DIY customer segments.
Tools and processes used to onboard and maintain product assortments tailored to Pro needs.
How to assess the operational impact of merchandising changes using analytics and reporting.
Cross-functional collaboration with merchants, supply chain, Pro sales teams, and vendor partners.
Best practices in managing merchandising data, item lifecycle, and operational compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, or related field.
Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.
Preferred Skills/Experience
3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Interest in merchandising operations, retail strategy, or B2B customer segments.
Experience in a leadership position at work, school, or within a campus organization.
