In Person

The Operations & Supply Chain Intern will support warehouse operations by analyzing data and creating tools that drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance. This role blends data analytics, process observation, and collaboration with warehouse leadership to help turn insights into impactful operational improvements. This is not a purely desk-based role—candidates should be comfortable spending time in the warehouse environment to observe, learn, and support operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and validate data related to warehouse operations (e.g., productivity, order accuracy, downtime).
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps/Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to present findings and support implementation of process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems, including Manhattan, D365, and spreadsheets.
  • Participate in special projects focused on process optimization, labor planning, and workflow improvement.
  • Work in both office and warehouse environments to observe processes, gather data, and provide hands-on support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (junior, senior, or graduate level preferred).
  • Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Solid Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Power Apps/Automate, or SharePoint is a plus.
  • Exposure to D365, Manhattan, or SAP (data-focused use) is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to communicate insights clearly.
  • Confident presenting data and explaining complex information in a simple, actionable way.
