Organization & Team Overview
This internship sits under Xfinity’s Growth, Innovation, Experience (XGIE) division. XGIE is responsible for managing Xfinity’s residential products and services. You will be part of the Convergence and Emerging Growth team, a new group within the WiFi vertical focused on bringing different technologies together as well as identifying new product and monetization opportunities.
Role Description
Are you passionate about technology, entertainment and creating amazing customer-facing products? As an intern on the Product team, you will have an opportunity to work at the confluence of business and technology.
Our projects embody the ‘better together’ mantra here at Xfinity and you will work with stakeholders across the company. In this role you will predominantly be focused on the business strategy and analytics surrounding key projects; daily tasks could include developing business cases, product research, establishing new processes all while interacting with our various partner teams.

A few projects you could be supporting:
New product launches – the monetization of our hotspot network as we re-position the product
WiFi experiences – launching the best connectivity experience in a communal venue
Product strategy & ways of working – using AI technology to offer new customer experiences and bring our existing products closer together

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of strategic initiatives or existing product performance
Perform market and competitive research
Analyze customer sentiment to provide strategic recommendations
Assess technical and operational feasibility; support decision-making for setting business requirements for our key stakeholders and development partners
Foster relationships and build experience as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
