Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Management Intern to join our team. The intern will support our proposal management team in creating and managing proposals that effectively communicate our services and solutions to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development, project management, and the proposal process in a corporate setting.

Job Duties:

• Aid in the tracking and reporting of proposal outcomes and metrics
• Assist with the organization and updating of proposal management tools and databases
• Participate in proposal review meetings and contribute to the improvement of proposal quality
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the proposal development process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in related disciplines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
• Demonstrated interest in proposal management, business development, or project management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
