As a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern, you’ll step into a fast-paced, high-performance environment where attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement is essential. The role offers exposure to quality systems and operational practices that help deliver race-winning reliability and performance.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you’ll support the Quality Assurance Engineering team in managing non-conformances and conducting investigations into faults raised both at the factory and trackside. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and technicians, contributing to quality control procedures, data analysis, and problem-solving initiatives that help drive the Team forwards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and control of all non-conforming products
• Support root cause analysis and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventative actions
• Participate in the creation, review and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Compile and present reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities
• Engage in departmental projects to enhance operation performance and actively support continuous improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently studying a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport Engineering and looking for an industry placement as your penultimate year of university 
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with a passion for motorsport and engineering excellence
• You must have the right to work in the UK as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role  
• Be available to attend onsite for an assessment centre in November
