We’re currently recruiting for a data driven, motivated and passionate Data Analyst Intern to join our Advanced Analytics team. This is a practical, hands-on experience on a fast paced, energetic, high visibility team. You will experience a culture that recognizes hard work and values people. As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll be assisting the Advanced Analytics team in creating analytics products and solutions to support our internal customers. You will do this through partnering with customers to understand their pain points, understand their goals and objectives, and then crafting innovative data and analytics products. 

This position is located in person at our global headquarters facility in Oshkosh, WI for the summer of 2026.

YOUR IMPACT 

As a Data Analyst intern your assignments may include: 

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to understand a key business problem and work to build a solution. 

  • Collaborate with advanced analytics team members to develop reports and advanced analytics using data lake concepts and technologies. 

  • Consult with internal customers to collect reporting and data requirements. 

  • Consult with business and Digital Technology partners on data quality issues. 

  • Partner with leaders to develop innovative ways to deliver dashboards and reports. 

  • Utilize Power BI to analyze, validate, and aesthetically visualize data. 

  • Assist in the preparation and development of digital strategy presentations for executive leadership. 

  • Research and share key insights on emerging technologies with business value potential which align with our digital strategic objectives. 

  • Support our Digital Technology strategic pillars, Reach (to innovate), Rearchitect (to grow) and Resiliency (to enhance core) 

  • Identify and propose continuous improvement ideas. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field 

  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tool 

  • Knowledge of database concepts 

  • Knowledge of SQL 

  • Knowledge of building reports and visualization 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 

  • Familiar with stages of analytics lifecycle include data extraction, validation, and cleansing. 

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Willing to relocate to Oshkosh, WI for summer 2026 internship and/or full-time position 

  • General understanding of information technology and concepts 

  • Excellence in customer service, customer-focused quality, organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to communicate with internal/external entities 

  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload 

  • Flexible and adaptable to work under deadlines and/or changing needs 

  • Detailed oriented and quality focuses 

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Internship experience in the Global IT field, particularly experience in IT implementations or change efforts 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

  • The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances. 

  • This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings. 

  • Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone. 

  • Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings. 

  • Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:

$29,700.00 - $44,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
