Job Description
- Shadow senior brokers during transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation processes.
- Support senior brokers in establishing new business relationships and proactively reaching out to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.).
- Review and analyze real estate documents (e.g., leases, operating expense statements, appraisals) and prepare summary reports for clients and potential clients.
- Create offering materials for new or ongoing assignments and pursuits, utilizing effective work planning skills.
- Assist in preparing presentation and pitch materials for new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables and presentations that influence and impact clients.
Qualifications:
- Pursing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong interest or aspiration to pursue a career as a Broker.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM programs is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
