You can expect to build upon your established academic foundations and apply learnings to real world scenarios.
The Summer Internship Program will run for 10 weeks: June 1 – August 7, 2026

Your Impact and Opportunity
As an Operations Training Intern, you’ll support the development and delivery of training programs that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience in instructional and technical design, process documentation, and performance support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies and capabilities.
Assist in creating and automating training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to improve program effectiveness.
Help maintain training databases, track and analyze metrics.
Shadow teams to understand workflows and identify training needs.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives through documentation and research.
Participate in team meetings and present findings or recommendations.
Grow and develop while participating in a variety of leader led, professional and personal development workshops, networking events, and the like.
What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
You are currently a junior pursuing a bachelor’sdegree, majoring inEducation, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
Demonstrated experience in the creation and implementation of e-training modules.
Passionate about learning and development, and process optimization.
You have a “Tech Savvy” and creative mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsrequired; experience using Articulate 360 is a plus.
You are a self-starter and thrive both independently and as part of a team, adapting seamlessly in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
Strong written,and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable presenting in person and virtually.
Everest does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite permanent US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration.
The salary for this position is $1,00.00 per week. The offered rate of compensation is based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits for the duration of the internship program, including health insurance coverage, 401k match, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
