Your Opportunity
As Director of SaaS Innovation, you will be the strategic driver of SaaS sales and innovation across the Mid-Atlantic region and Federal Government accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape go-to-market strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and directly impact success of the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead sales efforts for all SaaS products across the Mid-Atlantic region (VA, DC, WV, MD, DE, NC, SC) and Federal Government accounts nation-wide.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives to support field sales and optimize product positioning.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and VPs on strategic accounts and growth initiatives.
- Serve as a conduit between Product Management and the field, channeling customer feedback to inform product development.
- Deliver compelling presentations and webinars to prospects and clients both in person and virtually.
- Work closely with the VP of SaaS Marketing to co-create campaigns, conference content, and marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and expand key customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, including volume discounts and contract terms.
Your Team
You will be welcomed as a member of the AMC Sales team, a team of about 100 people, as well the overall Sales and Marketing organization. About You
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS, ILS, or ERP sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 4+ years in a senior leadership role, managing high-performing teams.
- Strong consultative selling skills and executive-level relationship management.
- Ability to travel 50% or more across the region and nationally.

Pay Range
USD $158,180.00 - USD $225,970.00 /Yr.
