About this Opportunity

Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.

The Communications team supporting Inmar Intelligence’s Healthcare Division develops and delivers clear, consistent messaging about the solutions we provide to healthcare partners—from pharmacies and manufacturers to providers and payers.

We’re looking for an intern who’s organized, proactive, and eager to learn. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with communicators and subject matter experts to tell meaningful stories, support internal engagement, and contribute to campaigns that highlight our healthcare capabilities. You’ll gain real-world experience on a collaborative, fast-moving team while sharpening your communications and digital media skills.

What You’ll Do

• Support communications efforts for the Healthcare Division, including internal and external messaging.

• Assist with writing, editing, and reviewing content such as announcements, presentations, social media posts, and talking points.

• Help organize and contribute to campaigns that showcase thought leadership and healthcare success stories.

• Support team initiatives in areas such as content publishing, quality assurance, and structured formatting.

• Assist in managing and updating healthcare-related web content using our CMS (Drupal).

• Contribute to SEO optimization, accessibility checks, and brand consistency.

• Collaborate on publishing schedules and cross-functional content workflows using Monday.com.

• Track projects and deadlines to help keep cross-functional workstreams aligned.

• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and ideation.

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Strong organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

• Proficiency in content management and productivity tools (e.g., Drupal, Google Suite, Monday.com), with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.

• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Interest in healthcare and how communications can support business goals.
