Job Description:

The key objective for the Co-op is to support the State Street Investment Management, Head of the Institutional Client Coverage Group and Head of Distribution Strategy in executing on the strategic plan and driving sales efficiency across the North America Client Coverage Group, representing over 1000 clients and $1 trillion in assets today.

The role will provide an opportunity to learn about a variety of functions in the asset management business and specifically involves supporting key business development functions and project management in partnership with key stakeholders across Sales Leadership, the Head of Institutional, Marketing, CRM, Product and Investments.

Role accountability

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Analysts within the Channels to execute on strategic priorities

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in sales execution, streamlining internal processes, leveraging CRM analytics and industry databases

  • Deliver timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, including activities, pipeline and target market

  • Prepare and maintain a core inventory of client facing materials for each growth thematic

  • Assist in the management of campaigns across departments – sales, marketing, compliance and portfolio management/strategists.

Education: Currently pursuing bachelor's in finance, Economics, Accounting.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
