This position is a 12-month co-op/new grad placement beginning January 2026.
About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will assist the Supply Chain department with overseeing logistics systems, process support and design of the reporting applications based on business requirements. This position will provide operational and administrative support to the Supply Chain department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading customs data collection and ERP data entry.
Negotiate competitive freight rates and schedules.
Generate monthly rate, volumes, and analysis reports.
Coordinate all quality and improvement-related initiatives.
Audit and report e-training on time completion.
Receive and respond to updates and concerns regarding shipment status.
Assist in shipping incident and damage investigations and determine causes and corrective actions.
Complete customs paperwork for shipments destined outside of Canada.
Work with supply chain leaders to build inbound and outbound logistical model capabilities.
Recommend process enhancements to improve service and efficiencies when possible.
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Other duties as required.
Required qualifications:
Actively enrolled in an Engineering or Business degree, or a recent graduate from an Engineering or Business degree
Preferred qualifications:
Strong business analytical skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accurate typing and data entry skills
Able to communicate and interact effectively with various internal stakeholders
Able to effectively present information and professionally respond to questions from management, employees and customers
Strong ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines

Minimum Salary: $26/hour
Maximum Salary: $29/hour
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for hourly, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for salaried, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for sales roles is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
