The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Internal Controls team:

Join RTX's Corporate Internal Controls Team as an intern and play a key role in strengthening the foundation of a global aerospace and defense leader. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal controls and risk management, contributing to the integrity and success of an international organization that connects and protects the world.

What You Will Do

Support the annual entity-level (COSO) controls review by updating documentation and performing controls testing 
Support the Company’s operating effectiveness assessment by performing internal controls testing
Help create and maintain process narratives, walkthroughs and flowcharts that outline key processes and controls that mitigate financial reporting risks
Participate in special projects, conduct research, and support other controls related assignments as needed
Opportunity to present to senior leadership

What You Will Learn

Develop practical skills in internal controls testing, documentation, and analysis, gaining exposure to financial and operational risk management
Enhance professional communication and problem-solving abilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership

Qualifications You Must Have

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates must not graduate prior August 2026.
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
