Strictly adhere to company policies, cGMP standards, and all relevant safety protocols.

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) during routine and critical operations.

Ensure proper online documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), equipment cleaning logs, and daily checklists.

Execute batch production activities in alignment with the production plan under the guidance of the In-charge.

Verify the availability and quality (intactness) of raw materials before initiating batch processes.

Check the condition and readiness of equipment prior to operation, ensuring alignment with SOPs and process requirements.

Immediately report any discrepancies in process, safety, or procedures to the relevant authority.

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the assigned area and ensure cleanliness of equipment.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse, R&D, Analytical R&D (AR&D), Technical Services, and Safety to support smooth operations and compliance.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in  Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.

Freshers candidates
