At Lilly, our internships provide hands-on experience from day one. You’ll actively contribute to meaningful projects that impact our people, our processes, and the patients we serve. Our internships allow you to explore different areas of our manufacturing organization, including Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing Science, and HSE. You will gain valuable experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company while making a tangible impact.
What we offer:
A 6-month full-time internship
Monthly reimbursement of €1.300 and free access to our company canteen
A full week of onboarding to get to know our company and culture

What we are looking for:
Master’s degree (or soon-to-be) in a scientific field: Engineering, Chemistry, CTF, Biology, Biotechnology
Fluent in English (B2 level or above)
Curious about the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
A proactive team player with strong communication skills
Open-minded, eager to learn, and motivated by new challenges
Availability to start a full-time internship between November and December
