Schedule Details/Additional Information:

The internship will take place June 1st-August 7th 2026. Interns will be scheduled to work 30-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri business hours. This is a remote, work from home position. Remote work is currently only approved for residents living in the following states:  AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY.

Pay Range

$20.00 - $20.00

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world HR practices in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and HR documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Practical experience in core HR functions
  • Mentorship from experienced HR professionals
  • Exposure to HR systems and tools
  • Networking opportunities within the organization
  • A chance to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.


Education Required:

  • Enrolled in an accredited College or University as Incoming Junior or Incoming Senior Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Experience Required:

  • No experience required.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regional accredited college or university. Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Grade point average of at least 2.5.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
