As a Digital Culture Intern, you will support the global IT & Digital team in bringing this vision to life. This role is about support and contribution: helping to coordinate initiatives, prepare impactful content, and ensure that digital adoption and awareness programs reach and inspire colleagues worldwide.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Assist in creating engaging content (newsletters, presentations, campaigns, intranet articles) that make digital topics accessible and exciting.
  • Support the organization of training sessions and awareness events on Digital Innovations and new technologies (AI, IoT, Data, Copilot 365).
  • Help map ongoing digital culture initiatives across regions to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Liaise with HR and Internal Communications teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging.

Who are we looking for?

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact across roles.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach in bringing ideas to improve engagement.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • AI enthusiast, with interest in creating videos, images, or other content using AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or academic experience in digital innovation, communication, project management, change management or HR.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and analytics tools (Miro, Canva, etc.).
  • Interest in digital storytelling, technology and internal communications.
