Software Support Engineer Intern- Fall 2025

US East Office (Jacksonville, FL)  or US West Office (Highlands Ranch, CO)

The Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session. A solid foundation in C# is required. The intern will report to the Manager of software development, AX.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship  
• Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours  
• Available to work up to 29 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL  or US West Office in Highlands Ranch, CO 
• Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
