Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 18th – Aug. 7th, 2026). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based in St. Paul, Minnesota on the Securian campus.
The Sales Enablement Intern will directly assist the Sales Enablement & Operations Department with specific projects to, including managing sales and marketing materials on the sales enablement platform, creating informational resources and training materials for the sales team, and contributing manage sales and marketing materials on the sales enablement platform, create informational resources and training materials for the sales team, and contribute to current sales enablement projects. In this position, you will obtain a better understanding of working in sales enablement and gain hands-on experience with supporting a sales and service team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement:
Assist withmanaging sales and marketing materials onthe sales enablement platform
Review and maintain consistency across the platform (e.g., links, terminology, page layouts, documentnaming, brand standards)
Assist with upgrades and enhancements to the sales enablement platform
Provide support with accessing and utilizing the sales enablement platform to the sales team
Help onboard new users, provide trainings as needed, and assist with troubleshooting
Support ongoing sales enablement projects
Tracking & Analytics:
Update tracking spreadsheets for managing review of documents and pages on the sales enablement platform
Track completion of task progress and prepare weekly reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA) :
Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in communications, marketing,sales or a related field
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong decision-making and organizational skills required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn internal systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiplesupport functions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
Proven track record of dependability and reliability
Experience with content management or sales enablement preferred
